Wholesale Partner Terms

1. Eligibility

Wholesale access is available to:

  • Pro shops, club shops, sporting goods retailers, and authorized resellers

  • Businesses with a valid resale certificate or tax ID

PCKLBLL Gear reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at its discretion.

2. Wholesale Pricing

Approved wholesale accounts receive special discounted pricing visible once logged in.
All wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared publicly.

PCKLBLL Gear may update pricing as needed.

3. Ordering

All wholesale orders must be placed through our website using an approved login.

All products are made to order, and production begins shortly after an order is submitted.

4. Payment Terms

PCKLBLL Gear offers Net 30 payment terms for approved wholesale partners.

Invoices must be paid in full within 30 days of the invoice date.
Late or overdue payments may result in delayed fulfillment or suspended wholesale access.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, ACH, or other approved methods.

5. Production & Shipping

Made-to-Order Production

All products are produced specifically for each order.
Typical production time is 5–7 business days.

Shipping

Orders ship as soon as production is complete.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or added to the invoice.
Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

Production and shipping times may vary during high-volume seasons.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are custom produced, wholesale orders are final sale.

Returns or replacements are only accepted for:

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect fulfillment

All issues must be reported within 7 business days of delivery and must include photos and order details.

7. Recommended Retail Price (RRP)

PCKLBLL Gear provides a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for each product.
These guidelines support healthy margins and consistent brand presentation.

Retailers are free to set their own retail prices — including sales, discounts, and promotions.

8. Branding & Representation

Retailers may not remove, alter, or replace PCKLBLL Gear tags, labels, or branding.

Approved wholesale partners may use official PCKLBLL Gear marketing assets (photos, logos, product descriptions) solely for the purpose of selling PCKLBLL products.

9. Online Sales

Wholesale partners may sell PCKLBLL Gear:

  • In their physical retail location

  • On their own website

They may not sell on third-party marketplaces such as:

  • Amazon

  • eBay

  • Walmart Marketplace

  • Etsy

unless they receive written permission from PCKLBLL Gear.

10. Inventory Availability

Since products are made to order, most items remain consistently available.

If a blank garment or material becomes temporarily unavailable, PCKLBLL Gear will contact the retailer with alternative options or provide a refund for the unavailable item(s).

11. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
After production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified in any way.

12. Termination of Account

PCKLBLL Gear may suspend or revoke wholesale access for:

  • Repeated late payments

  • Misuse of brand assets

  • Selling on unauthorized marketplaces

  • Abuse of wholesale privileges
